This User Agreement, along with the Mobile Application Terms of Use and all policies and additional terms posted on our website and applications (collectively referred to as “Services”), sets forth the terms under which Cetron Investments Pvt Ltd offers you access to and use of our Services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this User Agreement.
2. About Taksdu
Taksdu is a marketplace enabling users to offer, sell, and buy goods and services across various categories. Taksdu is not a party to contracts for sale between third-party sellers and buyers, and does not act as a traditional auctioneer.
Any guidance provided by Taksdu regarding pricing, shipping, and listing is informational only. We may utilize technology to enhance our Services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of these tools. Taksdu facilitates dispute resolution between buyers and sellers through various programs, but we do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
3. Using Taksdu
By using our Services, you agree to adhere to this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
Breach any laws or third-party rights.
Use our Services if you are unable to form legally binding contracts or if you are suspended from using our Services.
Fail to pay for items purchased, unless you have a valid reason as defined in our policies.
Manipulate pricing or interfere with other users’ listings.
Use our Services for illegal or harmful content.
Share your login credentials with any third parties.
Engage in spam or distribute malware.
Use automated systems to access our Services without permission.
Sellers must meet Taksdu’s performance standards. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or account restrictions.
4. Vehicle Purchases & Sales
For vehicle listings, Taksdu is not a vehicle broker or dealer and does not hold inventory. We do not inspect, negotiate, or facilitate vehicle sales directly. Any vehicle-related transactions are undertaken at your own risk.
5. Policy Enforcement
In cases of disputes, we may consider user performance history in applying our policies. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services for any reason.
6. Fees and Taxes
Sellers are charged fees for using our Services. Fees are outlined on our website and may change with notice. You are liable for fees arising from sales made using our Services.
7. Listing Conditions
When listing items, you agree to comply with our listing policies and are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Taksdu may modify listings or remove content at our discretion.
8. Purchase Conditions
By purchasing items, you enter a legally binding contract. You are responsible for reading item listings and understanding the terms of sale.
9. Content
By providing content through our Services, you grant us rights to use that content. You represent that you own or control all necessary rights to the content you provide.
10. Legal Disputes
A. Applicable Law
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
B. Agreement to Arbitrate
Any disputes arising from this User Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court actions.
C. Judicial Forum for Legal Disputes
If arbitration is found not applicable, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
11. General
If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. We may amend this User Agreement by posting changes on our website with prior notice.
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Taksdu, superseding any prior agreements.
